Supplier rules
In short
- You publish your experiences on Turpronto; we show them to travellers, conclude bookings and collect payments in your name and on your behalf.
- The contract for the experience is between you and the customer: you run it and are responsible for it.
- You pay a commission only on bookings made on the site, already included in the price; we pay you the rest by bank transfer by the 15th of the month after the experience.
- No exclusivity: you can also sell elsewhere and leave whenever you want.
Parties and acceptance
These rules form the contract between Fala Noleggi SRL (“Turpronto”) and the company or professional offering experiences (the “business”). You accept them when you register a business account, and they apply together with the conditions shown in your dashboard (for example the commission rate). By registering you declare that you act for your professional activity, with a VAT number or equivalent, and that you are authorised to bind the business. Consumer protection rules do not apply between Turpronto and the business.
Turpronto’s mandate
With these rules you give us a mandate with power of representation (Articles 1703 and following of the Italian Civil Code) to: present your experiences on the site and to partners; conclude contracts with customers in your name and on your behalf, at the conditions and prices you entered; collect payments on your behalf through Stripe; handle date changes, cancellations and refunds under the cancellation rule you chose and consumer protection law; act as the first point of contact for customer support. A customer who pays Turpronto has paid you. The mandate is not exclusive and ends when the relationship ends, without affecting bookings already confirmed.
Registration and verification
Before publishing we check your profile and documents (for example the representative’s ID, company registration, licences or qualifications required for the activity). A valid third-party liability insurance policy, with its expiry date, is always required: without it we cannot activate the account. We may ask for more documents or refuse the registration, telling you why. Keep data, documents and expiry dates up to date: the “Deadlines” panel warns you before they expire.
Your experiences
You are responsible for everything you publish and guarantee that it is true, current and lawful: description, inclusions and exclusions, duration, languages, meeting point, requirements (age, fitness, equipment), accessibility, capacity and cancellation rule. Prices are final for the customer, VAT included; any costs payable on site must be stated on the listing. Do not claim features you have not verified.
You must hold the permits, licences and insurance (at least third-party liability) required for your activity and comply with safety rules. For photos and texts you must hold the rights of use: you allow us, free of charge and for the duration of the relationship, to show, adapt and translate them on the site, with partners and in our communications. We review listings before publication and after significant changes.
Seats, departures and delivery
Keep departures and seats up to date. Enter bookings you take by phone or at the desk in the management tools: they take seats and the site will not sell them twice. Run every booked experience as described and record attendance with the voucher code. If you must cancel (weather, safety, minimum not reached, force majeure or other reasons), do it as soon as possible from your dashboard: the customer gets a full refund. Frequent cancellations without a valid reason may lead to suspension. You may exclude a participant only if they do not meet the requirements on the listing or endanger themselves or others.
Commission, payouts and taxes
For each booking made on the site Turpronto keeps a commission, as a percentage of the price paid by the customer, already included in the price. Your rate is the one agreed and shown in your dashboard before publication; any change applies only to new bookings. Bookings you enter yourself in the management tools (phone, desk) currently pay no commission.
The rest is yours once the experience has taken place and the payment is final; you see it in the “Statements” tab. We pay it by bank transfer to the account you enter in your dashboard, once a month: by the 15th of each month we pay for the experiences delivered in the previous month, and every transfer is also sent to you by email. If we later use another payment system (for example Stripe Connect) we will tell you in advance. Customer refunds, cancellations and payment disputes (chargebacks) reduce or cancel the amount due, including by set-off against later amounts. The earnings statement and the voucher are not invoices.
Turpronto invoices you for its commission. You issue customers the tax documents required for your services and are responsible for your own taxes, including any tourist tax or other local levies.
Customers, reviews and communication
Answer customers fairly and promptly, including through the site’s support. Customers who took part can review the experience: you can reply publicly and report a review that breaks the rules, but you may not request, write or pay for reviews. Do not move bookings that originated on the site off the site to avoid the commission.
Data protection
Booking customers’ data. You receive the name, phone, email, participants and choices of customers booking your experiences: for this data you are an independent controller. Use it only to perform the booking and meet your legal obligations, not for your own marketing without an appropriate legal basis; protect it and inform customers through your own privacy notice.
Data you enter in the management tools. For bookings taken by hand, staff, shifts and notes you are the controller and Turpronto is your processor (GDPR Article 28). With these rules you instruct us to store and display that data to run the tools you use, and we undertake to:
- process it only for this purpose and on your instructions, never for our own purposes;
- let only people bound by confidentiality process it;
- protect it with appropriate security measures (GDPR Article 32);
- use as sub-processors only the providers listed in the privacy notice (hosting, email), telling you before changing them so that you can object;
- help you answer people’s requests and meet security obligations, including notifying you without undue delay of a data breach;
- at the end of the relationship let you download it and then delete it within 90 days, unless the law requires otherwise;
- give you the information needed to show compliance with these obligations.
How we rank experiences
In search we first show experiences that can be booked right away; after that the order follows the visitor’s choice: newest or recently updated (default), price, duration or distance. Visitors’ filters narrow the results. We do not sell better positions and the commission does not affect the order. If we change these criteria we will tell you in advance (EU Regulation 2019/1150, Article 5).
Suspension and termination
You may end the relationship at any time: bookings already confirmed must be delivered or cancelled with a full refund to customers. We may remove an experience or suspend the account if you break these rules or the law, if documents are not valid, for serious or repeated complaints or to protect customers, giving you the reason in writing at the latest when the measure takes effect; you can reply and ask us to review it. We may end the relationship with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious or repeated breaches or legal obligations, always explaining the reason (EU Regulation 2019/1150, Article 4).
Liability
You are responsible for running the experiences, safety, published information and compliance with the law, and you hold Turpronto harmless from claims by customers or authorities caused by your breaches. Turpronto is responsible for its own service with professional diligence; except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, its liability towards the business is limited to the commissions received from the business in the 12 months before the event.
Complaints, changes and law
For complaints or to challenge one of our decisions write to us through the site’s support: we examine every complaint and answer in writing. We notify changes to these rules at least 15 days before they apply (unless the law requires otherwise); if you do not accept them you may end the relationship before that date. These rules are governed by Italian law; the courts of the place of Fala Noleggi SRL’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction. The Italian text is the reference version.
