Partner rules

In short

• You refer customers (for example your hotel guests) or businesses to Turpronto with your personal link or code.
• For each paid and completed booking you receive a share of Turpronto’s commission: the customer’s price does not change.
• You do not conclude contracts or collect money for Turpronto or the businesses.

Parties and acceptance

These rules form the contract between Fala Noleggi SRL (“Turpronto”) and whoever refers customers or businesses (the “partner”). You accept them when you register a partner account; they apply together with the rates and conditions shown in your dashboard. You declare that you act for your professional activity; if you have no VAT number, ask your accountant how to declare the earnings.

How referrals are counted

A customer or business counts as yours when they register with your personal link or code: the link is saved in their profile, without advertising cookies. You earn on paid and completed bookings by referred customers and on sales by referred businesses, at the rates and for the period shown in your dashboard. If two partners claim the same customer, the link saved first applies. Merely passing on a contact does not give a right to earnings.

Earnings and payouts

Earnings are a percentage of Turpronto’s commission, not of the total price, and accrue once the experience has taken place and payment is final. Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes or fraud cancel or reduce them, including by set-off against later amounts. You see everything in the “Statements” tab and receive payouts by bank transfer to the account you enter in your dashboard, by the 15th of the following month; if we later use another payment system we will tell you in advance. Rates can change only for future bookings, with at least 15 days’ notice. You are responsible for your own taxes and, where required, you invoice us for your earnings.

How to present Turpronto

Present Turpronto fairly: make clear that the experiences are run by the businesses named on the listings, do not promise discounts, prices or conditions different from the site’s and do not act in the name of Turpronto or the businesses. Follow the rules on promotional emails and messages (no sending without consent). Fake bookings, false identities, altered documents and paid search advertising using the Turpronto name without our written agreement are forbidden.

Data protection

In your statements you see the related bookings and your earnings, but not customers’ private contact details. If you collect your guests’ data to help them book, you are an independent controller: inform them through your own privacy notice and ask only for the data needed. Do not collect documents that are not needed.

Suspension, changes and law

You may end the relationship at any time; earnings already accrued remain due to you. We may suspend the account or cancel earnings in case of breach of these rules, fraud or abuse, explaining the reason in writing; we may end the relationship with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breaches. We notify changes to these rules at least 15 days in advance. For complaints write to us through the site’s support. Italian law applies and the courts of the place of Fala Noleggi SRL’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction. The Italian text is the reference version.
